This is Sue Johnson’s book about attachment science. It references many interesting research studies on the nature and function of attachment and emotions.

This workbook is a practical compliment for structured home practice of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.  If you are interested in exercises outside the therapy sessions, you will love this workbook!
