At Touchstone Psychology we are passionate about helping you build deeper and stronger relationship with yourself and your loved ones. Whether you want to improve and strengthen your connection with your loved ones, decrease conflict with your partner, repair ruptures in trust, heal relationship wounds, or you are unsure whether or not you should stay in the relationship, or you need support in going through a breakup — we are here to help!

You can come with your partner for couples therapy or you can come on your own to build a more secure, trusting, and loving connection with yourself. We offer couples therapy and individual therapy in New York, New Jersey, and Florida (Telehealth). We use the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model and other therapy approaches to guide ou towards greater connection, fulfillment, and resilience.
