In a world where isolation and loneliness are on the rise, we strive to offer a place of connection, understanding, and growth. None of us do well facing life’s challenges alone!
At Touchstone Psychology we are passionate about helping you build deeper and stronger relationship with yourself and your loved ones. Whether you want to improve and strengthen your connection with your loved ones, decrease conflict with your partner, repair ruptures in trust, heal relationship wounds, or you are unsure whether or not you should stay in the relationship, or you need support in going through a breakup — we are here to help!
You can come with your partner for couples therapy or you can come on your own to build a more secure, trusting, and loving connection with yourself. We offer couples therapy and individual therapy in New York, New Jersey, and Florida (Telehealth). We use the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model and other therapy approaches to guide ou towards greater connection, fulfillment, and resilience.
Our therapists focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for you to make the changes in your life that you want to make.
As immigrants themselves, our therapists focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for you to make the changes in your life that you want to make.
Are you and your partner are stuck in in painful cycles of disconnection, fighting, and resentment? Our therapists can help you and your partner to change negative patterns and develop stronger connection and understanding of each other through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
EFT is an evidence-based couples therapy model aimed at strengthening or repairing relationship bonds and building more security and connection between partners.
Research shows that 70-75% couples who complete EFT move from distress to recovery, and 90% of couples show significant improvement. Through our work together, you will learn to stop your negative cycles from controlling your relationship, and restore trust, intimacy, and safety.

We believe in people’s inherent ability to heal and be creative, vibrant, and capable of love. As human beings, we do much better when we feel supported, heard, and understood. Without touchstones of connection we are bound to be lost.
Touchstone Psychology therapists have extensive training and experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including a number of evidence-based protocols for specific problems and symptoms.
