She also has considerable experience in Refocussing Therapy which integrates theology and psychology, providing people with a safe, structured way to connect with the power and presence of God as they understand God.

Jaime brings a strong sense of peace, hope and some occasional humor to the therapy process. She carefully and diligently facilitates work where you will feel deeply heard and understood allowing you to discover the patterns that have good reasons but are blocking health and secure attachment. Empathetically, she will help you identify and have compassion for what happens in your body, mind, emotions and relationships.
